Life beyond the Sea

When I was younger (will not be giving away my age), I visited the old structure known as the Two Oceans Aquarium in the heart of the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town.

In 2014, they decided it was time to expand with new technology equipment for both marine life and the public. I thought it was time to see the new building and to check out the new marine species.

After purchasing our tickets (I went with my partner) and entered the building, there were little kids running around with excitement on their faces looking around the circular tanks with all these tiny and big sea creatures.

We found Nemo known as a Clownfish

I remember having to view the creatures through tiny holes but, you can now view the species through large window panels that allow you to soak in all the fishes and marine life swimming around the tank.

We really enjoyed exploring animals we don’t regularly see and, the way in which they displayed these cute creatures were great to view.
